High-Current Density Power Trunking Systems

LV Copper Busduct Systems

Engineered for heavy-duty bulk power transmission, our Low Voltage (LV) Copper Busduct systems provide a highly efficient, compact alternative to traditional bulky cables. Perfect for connecting Transformers to PCC panels or Generators to main switchboards, these sandwich-type or air-insulated configurations leverage 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper to maximize conductivity, lower voltage drops, and provide unmatched short-circuit fault safety.

Key Engineering Specifications

Electrolytic Grade Copper

Utilizes 99.9% pure ETP grade copper bars with tinned or silver-plated joints to completely prevent corrosion and optimize structural surface conductivity.

Sandwich Design Profile

Non-ventilated, compact sandwich type arrangement cuts down physical space needs, lowers relative inductive reactance, and limits voltage drop.

Premium Multi-Layer Insulation

Each individual copper conductor bar is wrapped with multi-layer polyester Class-F film or heat-shrunk insulation rated safely up to 130°C/150°C.

High Fault Current Bracing

Heavy-duty aluminum or steel enclosure housing provides robust mechanical bracing, tested to resist high short-circuit levels up to 50kA - 100kA for 1s.

Thermal Expansion Joints

Incorporates custom expansion joints and highly flexible braided copper connections to seamlessly manage thermal movement over long path runs.

IP55/IP65 Ingress Ratings

Engineered with heavy PU gaskets and seamless outer housing enclosures ensuring strict IP55 (Indoor) or IP65 (Outdoor weatherproof) safety compliance.
